1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Elit Travel Club website, mobile interfaces, membership systems, booking flows, call center, WhatsApp communications and other digital or travel-related services.

By accessing the website, creating an account, requesting an offer, purchasing a membership, making a booking, submitting a payment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website, membership panel or services. Certain services may also be subject to separate sales terms, membership agreements, pre-contract information forms, cancellation/refund rules and property-specific conditions.

3. Definitions

"Elit Travel Club", "we", "us" or "platform" means the website, membership programs and services provided under the Elit Travel Club brand.

"User" means any person who visits the website, creates an account, submits a form, requests an offer, makes a booking or purchases a service.

"Member" means a person enrolled in an Elit Travel Club membership program.

"Supplier" means any hotel, resort, transfer company, travel agency, guide, insurer, activity provider, payment provider or third party that actually provides part of the service.

"Service" includes membership, booking, seasonal holiday usage rights, accommodation, travel packages, transfers, campaigns, support and digital content.

4. Scope of Services

Elit Travel Club may provide hotel and travel package listings, membership benefits, seasonal holiday purchase flows, reservation management, quotation collection, payment routing, customer support and partner integrations.

Some services may be provided directly by Elit Travel Club, while others may be provided by independent hotels, travel agencies, transfer providers, payment institutions or local operating partners.

Descriptions, images, room types, seasons, availability, promotions and prices shown on the website are provided for information and sales facilitation. The definitive service scope is set out in the booking confirmation, sales contract or applicable supplier terms.

5. Eligibility and Authority

To use the services, you must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Where a transaction is made for a minor, the parent, guardian or legal representative is responsible.

A person creating a corporate, agency or partner account confirms that they are authorized to represent the relevant entity.

Persons, countries or entities restricted under sanctions, embargo, anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing or similar rules may be refused access to the services.

6. Account Registration and Security

You may be required to create an account to access certain services. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

Elit Travel Club may suspend, verify or close an account if there is a security risk, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, payment risk or breach of these Terms.

7. Membership Programs and Elite Member Benefits

Memberships may include discounts, priority offers, special campaigns, seasonal holiday usage rights, loyalty benefits, physical or digital cards and other privileges.

The duration, scope, usage rights, transferability, fees, cancellation rules and renewal conditions of each membership package are defined in the relevant membership agreement or purchase screen.

Membership benefits are subject to availability, season, property allocation, local rules, supplier terms and payment status. Benefits are not cash equivalents and are non-transferable unless expressly stated.

8. Bookings, Availability and Confirmation

Rooms, dates, seasons, weeks, prices and availability displayed on the website may change in real time. A booking is confirmed only when all required information is provided, payment or prepayment is received where applicable, and a written confirmation is issued.

Hotel, room category, view, bed type, floor, special requests and ancillary services may be subject to property availability and written confirmation.

The User is responsible for entering correct dates, guest numbers, children's ages, passport or ID details, visa information, flight details, transfer details and special needs before completing a booking.

9. Prices, Taxes and Charges

Prices may vary by currency, season, property, room type, number of guests, dates, promotion, taxes, local charges, service fees, exchange rates and supplier pricing.

If a manifest pricing, typographical, calculation or technical error appears on the website, Elit Travel Club may correct the price, cancel the transaction or offer the User the option to proceed at the correct price.

Unless expressly stated, local taxes, city taxes, resort fees, security deposits, minibar, on-property expenses, insurance, transfers, flights, visas, early check-in, late check-out and extras may not be included.

10. Payments

Payments may be accepted by credit card, bank transfer, virtual POS, payment links, mail order, installments, payment institutions or other methods displayed on the platform.

Payment processing may be carried out by banks, card schemes or regulated payment providers. Full card numbers and CVV data are not stored directly by Elit Travel Club.

If payment is declined, reversed, disputed, incomplete, suspected fraudulent or not authorized by the bank, the booking, membership or service may be suspended or cancelled.

11. Cancellation, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation, date changes, name changes, room changes, week changes and refund rights depend on the service type, property or supplier rules, campaign conditions and the applicable contract.

Some promotional, early booking, special rate, group, seasonal, holiday usage or last-minute purchases may be non-refundable or non-changeable. Such restrictions should be displayed before purchase.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If the law applicable to the User grants stronger rights regarding withdrawal, distance selling, package travel, defective services or consumer remedies, those rights will prevail.

12. Withdrawal Rights and Service Exceptions

Consumers in certain jurisdictions may have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within a specified period. However, accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, leisure or travel services to be performed on a specific date are often subject to statutory exceptions.

Refund or withdrawal rights may be limited where performance has begun at the User's request, the booking is date-specific, digital membership benefits have been activated, or non-recoverable supplier costs have been incurred.

The applicable withdrawal and refund rules for each transaction should be displayed in the relevant sales flow and contract documents.

13. User Obligations

The User agrees to provide accurate information, act lawfully, pay all due amounts, comply with property and supplier rules and respect third-party rights.

Fake identity, unauthorized card use, fraudulent bookings, system manipulation, abusive conduct, threats, harassment, spam, scraping, reverse engineering or unauthorized commercial use are prohibited.

The User is responsible for checking passport, visa, health, insurance, minor travel consent, vaccination, customs, local law and entry requirements applicable to the trip.

14. Suppliers and Third-Party Services

Elit Travel Club may act as an intermediary, platform, sales channel or organizer depending on the service. The actual provider of accommodation, transfer, tour, activity, insurance or payment services may be a third party.

Supplier service quality, property rules, check-in requirements, safety practices, local taxes, deposit requests and operational decisions may be within the supplier's own responsibility.

Elit Travel Club will provide reasonable support to protect the User's interests, but may not be responsible for events outside its control, independent supplier failures, public authority decisions or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete User information.

15. Travel Documents, Health and Safety

The User is responsible for checking passport validity, visas, transit rules, health rules, vaccinations, insurance, sanctions, currency restrictions and entry requirements for the destination country.

Travel information provided by Elit Travel Club may be general guidance only. Official government notices, consulates, airlines and local authorities should be treated as authoritative sources.

Security conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, war, civil unrest, energy interruptions, flight cancellations, embargoes or government restrictions may affect travel plans.

16. Website Use and Prohibited Conduct

The website may only be used for lawful, personal or authorized business purposes.

Interfering with systems, using automated bots, scraping data, probing security vulnerabilities, sending spam, uploading malware, creating fake accounts, manipulating prices or disrupting platform operations are prohibited.

Elit Travel Club may restrict access, review logs, suspend accounts and report conduct to authorities where there is suspected misuse, fraud or security risk.

17. Intellectual Property

The Elit Travel Club name, logos, designs, website interface, text, images, software, databases, brand assets and content are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or misuse content, trademarks or designs without written permission.

By uploading reviews, photos, requests or other content, the User confirms that they have the necessary rights and grants Elit Travel Club a limited right to use that content for operating, improving and promoting the services.

18. Reviews, Images and User Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, images or messages. Such content must be lawful, genuine, non-misleading and must not infringe the rights of third parties.

Defamatory, hateful, threatening, privacy-invasive, fake, promotional, spam or otherwise inappropriate content may be removed.

User content may be used for quality management, promotion, customer support or dispute handling, subject to the Privacy Policy.

19. Privacy, Personal Data and Cookies

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Elit Travel Club Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Personal data required for bookings, memberships, payments, support, marketing, security and legal compliance may be collected and shared with hotels, payment providers, technology providers and authorities where necessary.

By using the website, you acknowledge that cookies and similar technologies may be used according to your choices in the cookie preference panel.

20. Limitation of Liability

Elit Travel Club provides the website and services with reasonable care, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, constant availability or flawless performance by third-party suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, mandatory consumer rights or other non-excludable obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, Elit Travel Club will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data, reputational loss, loss of opportunity, third-party outages or losses arising from the User's breach of obligations.

21. Force Majeure

Events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, riots, government actions, embargoes, sanctions, border closures, flight cancellations, energy outages, internet failures, cyberattacks, property closures or supplier insolvency may constitute force majeure. In a force majeure event, performance may be delayed, changed, suspended or cancelled. We will provide reasonable support, alternative options where available, supplier-based solutions and any mandatory legal remedies.

22. Suspension and Termination

If a User breaches these Terms, fails to pay, provides false information, misuses the platform, creates a security risk or acts unlawfully, Elit Travel Club may suspend or terminate access to services.

Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations, liability, confidentiality, intellectual property rights or dispute resolution provisions.

A User may request account closure, provided there are no outstanding bookings, payments, contractual obligations or unresolved disputes.

23. Changes to These Terms

Elit Travel Club may update these Terms due to changes in law, service scope, technology, supplier rules or business requirements.

Material changes may be posted on the website or notified by email or system message. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

For paid and ongoing transactions, mandatory consumer laws and the applicable contract terms remain protected.

24. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, these Terms are interpreted under the law of the contracting entity and the governing law specified in the relevant service contract.

The parties agree to first seek an amicable solution through customer support and good-faith negotiations.

Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring claims before courts, consumer boards, alternative dispute resolution bodies or regulators in their country of residence where applicable.
