Cancellation & Refunds

Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel within 14 days of initial activation for a full refund of the annual fee, provided no reservation has been used. After this period cancellations take effect at the end of the current term.

Reservation Cancellation

• More than 30 days before check-in: full refund (minus a small administration fee).
• 15–30 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before check-in: non-refundable.

Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions or other extraordinary events, reservations may be rescheduled at no charge.

How to Request a Refund

Submit a request via your member dashboard or email refunds@elit-travel.club. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
