Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement governs your participation in ELIT Travel Club. By becoming a member you accept the terms below.
1. Membership
Membership grants weekly usage rights at partner properties, exchange rights and access to member rates and concierge services.
2. Duration & Renewal
Memberships renew annually unless cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund policy.
3. Fees
Annual membership fees and applicable taxes are payable in advance. Stay-specific fees are billed per reservation.
4. Use of Services
Members agree to comply with property rules, booking lead times and fair-use limits. Misuse may result in suspension.
5. Liability
ELIT Travel Club acts as an intermediary for partner properties. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Turkish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the member's country of residence.
